SAX LIFT – CODE OF CONDUCT

Sax Lift is part of the Indutrade Group and follows Indutrade’s Code of Conduct, which defines how we conduct business in a responsible, ethical and sustainable way.

INTEGRITY AND COMPLIANCE

We always act with integrity, transparency and respect. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations and apply Indutrade’s Code of Conduct wherever it sets higher standards.

BUSINESS ETHICS

We have zero tolerance for bribery, corruption and unethical business practices. We compete fairly, avoid conflicts of interest and make business decisions objectively and professionally. Gifts and hospitality are only permitted when lawful, reasonable and appropriate.

PEOPLE AND WORKPLACE

We respect human rights, diversity and equal opportunities. Sax Lift provides a safe and healthy workplace and does not accept discrimination, harassment, forced labour or child labour. Fair wages, reasonable working hours and freedom of association are respected.

ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY

We work systematically to reduce our environmental and climate impact, improve energy efficiency, manage waste responsibly and minimise the use of harmful chemicals throughout our operations and value chain.

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PARTNERS

We expect our suppliers and partners to meet the same high standards for business ethics, human rights, working conditions and environmental responsibility as we do ourselves.

DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

We protect confidential information, personal data and company assets and use IT systems and AI in a secure, responsible and ethical way.

WHISTLEBLOWING

Anyone who suspects misconduct is encouraged to speak up. Reports can be made to management or anonymously through Indutrade’s independent whistleblower system here. Retaliation against anyone reporting concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Sax Lift is part of the Indutrade Group and is covered by a group-wide whistleblowing system. Our whistleblower arrangement is operated by an independent external provider, WhistleB.
