CASTER FRAME

This scissor lift table is equipped with a caster frame, making it easy to move around your facility. It is perfect for tasks requiring flexibility and mobility.
A caster frame can be added to all our lift tables and equipped with a 24V battery power pack which will allow you to avoid cables of any kind. Our product range offers standard mobile scissor lift tables as well.

ROLLER BED / CONVEYOR

A lift table with rollers enables effortless movement of items by pushing the load on/off the lift table rather than lifting it. Conveyors are often used in production lines, moving elements from one station to another. Conveyors can also be added to mobile lifts, making moving heavy items safely and ergonomically easier.

TRUCK FRAME

The truck frame solution serves more purposes. First of all, it allows the lift table to be moved with the help of a hand pallet truck or similar equipment. Additionally, it makes loading easier with a stacker as the lower forks can enter underneath the truck frame while the pallet is being loaded on top of the platform.

LOADING FLAPS

Equipped with loading flaps, this lift table facilitates smooth and safe loading of goods. It is an excellent solution for handling large items that need extra support during transfer. And in areas where there is a gap between the platform and the truck, loading bay, conveyor, or similar.

PLATFORM WITH ROLLERS

A lift table with rollers or ball roller platform enables effortless movement of items by pushing the load on/off the lift table rather than lifting it. A roller platform if often used on mobile lift tables that can easily move loads around your facility.

RAMP

A ramp is mostly used on low-profile lift tables where a hand pallet truck can be pushed onto the platform. Ramps can be made for all our lift tables, and we typically recommend a ramp length of 1 meter per 10 cm closed height of the lift table. For lift tables with above 85 mm closed height, a ramp will be quite long, so building a pit, using a truck frame, or a forklift is often advised.

RAILING AND GATE

Safety is a top priority in industrial environments. Integrated railings and gates on the lift table help prevent co-workers and goods from falling off the platform. Railings and gates are typically recommended for lift tables that elevate more than 500mm above the ground, where co-workers are entering the platform. (Or 1600mm for goods lifting only)

BELLOWS OR MESH CURTAIN

Our lift tables can be equipped with protective bellows or a steel mesh curtain. The bellows shield the base construction and the powerpack from dirt and dust, and the mesh curtain serves to show that the area underneath the platform should not be entered. No matter the external protection on the outside, we always install safety bars underneath the platform to ensure the lift table stops if activated.

MESH CURTAIN

A metal mesh curtain enhances safety and provides essential protection for lift tables by preventing debris and dirt from entering the mechanism. This reduces the risk of obstructions, mechanical damage, or failure, helping to maintain smooth and reliable operation. Acting as a sturdy barrier, the mesh curtain also protects the equipment from external impacts. Easy to install, it offers long-term performance and ensures the lift table remains functional and efficient in various working environments.

LIFT TABLES WITH TURNABLE TOP PLATES

Sax Lift’s scissor lift tables with turntable are designed to simplify tasks requiring load rotation, enhancing efficiency and ergonomics. The feature can be added to any lift table in our range and customised to meet your requirements. We offer both round- and square-shaped turntables mounted on the platform or embedded directly into the platform. Choose between manual turntables with optional stops or powered turntables for automated and smooth rotation. For additional safety, lift tables with square turntable plates include a mechanism that ensures the table only lowers when the plate is properly aligned.

Sax Lift offers tear steel plates as a platform add-on for our entire lift table range, enhancing both safety and durability. The tear steel plate features a textured surface designed to improve grip during use and minimise the risk of cargo slipping from the table surface. This accessory will make an excellent choice for secure and stable handling of loads, even in challenging and humid environments. As a platform add-on, the tear plate steel also provides extra protection to the lift table surface, extending its lifespan and ensuring reliable performance under heavy-duty conditions.

ALL THE STOPS YOU NEED – WITH HIGH PRECISION!

A cable pull encoder is essentially a linear measuring device that consists of a spring-wound cable reel with a rotary encoder mounted on the hub of the reel.

The stainless steel wire is placed between the top and bottom frame of the scissor lift so when raising the table the cable is drawn out causing the encoder to rotate and transmit the amount of rotation as an analogue linear current and voltage output and connected to a control box. It is also possible to connect the cable pull encoder to a PLC system.

The cable pull is paired with an absolute rotary encoder which provides a position measurement as soon as it’s powered up.

The cable encoder ensures an accurate height signal to the control system (Logo control box or PLC). This allows for programming numerous determined positions, where you want the lift table to stop. The cable pull encoder allows the lift table to stop at 20mm intervals.

Due to the sensitivity of the wire, we recommend to shield the wire from wind and dust. This can be done by bellows or roller blinds if needed.
